The Survey

The S/R PCA Salary and Benefits Survey is open to all state and regional primary care associations, including those located in Puerto Rico, Hawaii, and the Pacific Islands.

Why do S/R PCAs participate in the biennial survey?
Because S/RPCAs represent safety net providers throughout their states, they are uniquely positioned to work with providers, policymakers, program administrators and communities to advance the goals of increasing access to health care and reducing health disparities.

S/RPCAs play an integral and vital role in the strength and viability of the health care safety net within their states. It is critical that S/RPCAs employ knowledgeable staff to assure a relationship and level of visibility among key local, state and national stakeholders for themselves and their members. A fair and comparable salary and benefits package is critical to recruit and retain staff while competing against a solid public and for-profit industry sector.
